Decibel set lunch

Reviewed on 2014-05-23

If you haven not heard about the Tuesday free food evening yet, then you can go and try the set lunch menu at Decibel, and it will, no doubt about that.

Set menus are the best things ever invented, according to me, after Bánh Tráng Trộn. For 45,000đ, you get a complete local meal with meat/fish, a soup and some rice. Honestly, for less than 3 dollars, it is a real healthy meal. One of my friends all time favorite, and always on the menu: Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò.

Yet, at any time, you can enjoy whatever the menu has to offer, from spaghetti to hamburger. They also have a delicious selection of salads, desserts and smoothies.

This bar, located in D.1, is owned by two French-Vietnamese, with artist style decoration, such as local painters, theatre artist, new music bands. It is the usual hang out on Tuesdays, as for one drink you buy, you will get a free meal in the evening (on a first come first serve basis, for 8 pm onwards), cooked by amateur yet organised chef.

Ground floor and terrace is where they have movies and theatre performances, you will also find the lounge area on the 1st floor with sofas to drown in for a good internet connection, a Cafe Đá or some fresh juices. It is definately our new hang out place for any time of day and night.
