Diamond Plaza

Diamond Plaza is located at 34 Le Duan Boulevard. It is a high end mall with shops selling everything from cosmetics to jewellery to clothes. Luxury brands such as Pierre Cardin, Kappa, Chanel, River Island, Levi's are all available here. It is certainly aimed at the better of consumers.

The atmosphere is nice with the temperature kept just right thanks to the high performing air-con system. I tend to go here for the ‘Select Mart’ which is on the 3rd floor, it’s worth a visit as it sells some good international foods at fair prices.

The 4th floor is a good place to go for some entertainment. Here you can go bowling, play video games, eat KFC or enjoy a fruit juice drink whilst taking in the great view of HCMC. Diamond Plaza has a currency exchange, handy for those from out of town. There’s also another restaurant on the second floor selling Vietnamese food.

The mall opens at 10am and closes at 10pm. Outside of Diamond Plaza is "30 Tháng 4" Park, a really nice place to sit & enjoy the surroundings. It is quiet with much less hassle than other parts of the city. The Cathedral & Post office are also within close proximity to Diamond Plaza. This mall is well worth a visit, even if you are not shopping, it’s a great place to window shop & cool off from the searing heat outside.
