Level 23 is a stylish bar and night club on the 23rd floor of Sheraton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The night club part is mostly busy during the weekends, but the outdoor patio fills up most nights due to the great view of the city. Level 23 is also famous for its excellent drinks.
